Asian High Technology Corporation (AHTC) was formerly the Communications Division of the Guevent Industrial Development Corporation. This division was entirely spun off because of tremendous growth in terms of value of transactions, resulting in the creation of a corporation. The company was incorporated in February 23, 1981 and pioneered in Digital Microwave and HF, VHF/UHF Systems. An affiliate of the Guevara Group of Companies (Guevent), AHTC was organized to be more responsive to the new emerging technologies in communications and serve the telecom industry more effectively.
